I got to the 3rd stage (technical use case) and then got rejected. The first call with HR was nice and informative. The second call with Hiring Manager was also very pleasant, we got to know each other and I better understood the role. I enjoyed the general vibe and got excited! Then I had to prepare a technical use case that had a few points and was pretty demanding. They told me that it was nothing much and it would take around 2 hours to complete. It took me more than 5 hours to complete and still from the feedback I got I felt that they wanted more. I got the info that they will get back to me the same week and I didn't hear from them for the next 2 weeks. I had to write to remind them about the ongoing process. I had to say that from the description and initial talks, I got an impression that it is more of a Product Manager job weirdly described in the offer. They kinda agreed to it.
