I recently had the opportunity to interview for a Customer Success Manager position, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The interview was conducted remotely, which made it convenient and comfortable. The interview kicked off with a warm virtual welcome from the panel. They took the time to discuss the company's culture and values in detail, which immediately made me feel connected and aligned with their mission. It was clear that the company places a high emphasis on customer-centricity, which resonated with me.

"Imagine a situation where a long-time customer suddenly expresses dissatisfaction with our service. How would you approach this problem, and what steps would you take to resolve the issue and restore their confidence in our company?"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aircall
Interview
1) Phone call with a recruiter 2) Video call with Team Lead 3) Case study 4) 2 Video calls with Director or Customer Success & Senior CSM to go through case study The process was quick (within 2 weeks) and I left feeling positive about the experience, however, I wasn't given a final decision for over a week despite being told I would hear back by a specific date. When asked, replies became slow and was finally told via an automated message that I was not successful with the process. I'm disappointed that I was given an automated email saying they decided to proceed with other candidates, without providing any constructive feedback. Especially when I went through 4 stages (including spending time completing a case study). I would have expected a better candidate experience throughout.
