Had the 3rd interview round with a member of the CS team who had much less experience than the role I was interviewing for required. The most disappointing bit was that he lacked active listening skills (that are essential in a CS role IMO). In different occasions, he asked me things that I had just mentioned,... It was quite disappointing! Especially because after having been quite successful in the previous rounds, I was rejected after that call with NO feedback. This was after 3 interviews including a case study... So they were not really valuing the experience, time and effort of candidates. That gave me the info I needed about the team/company: not the right role opportunity for me!
