I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Airtable in Jan 2022
Interview
Was recruited via a sourcer on LinkedIn. I had a 20 minute screen with a recruiter which was the weirdest recruiter screen I've ever had. The recruiter immediately asked what questions I had without even talking introducing Airtable, the role, etc. After asking some questions, the recruiter still didn't give me a "why Airtable" pitch, just went into asking me questions about my background, experience, etc. Honestly, the worst experience I've had and I'm glad I didn't make it forward because I didn't get a friendly or like "Airtable is awesome" vibe at all.
