The interview process at Airtable was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. Every piece of communication and step of the process had intentionality and you can tell that the team has put a lot of work into making sure candidates are at the center of the recruitment process.

Interview
1) 30 minute Recruiter screen
2) 30 minute HM Zoom
3) Panel Interviews (3, 30 minute Zooms) & a presentation (45 min)
4) Final (45 minute) Zoom with the HM
The recruiter and coordinator were always in touch, everyone I spoke with was prepared and asked great questions. The presentation portion was fun and a great opportunity to showcase my expertise.
