Interview
Interview process was - call with the recruiter to discuss salary expectations, call with the hiring manager, panel interview with 3 people across the org. One of the panel interviews with a technical acumen "test." It was verbal Q&A style.
Final interview was a presentation where they give you an option to demonstrate Airtable or a technology of your choice. It is clear they REALLY want you choose and learn Airtable so why even give a choice? It seems like a test to determine how dedicated you are and it is frustrating that companies want you to basically do another full time job (learn a new product in less than a week) while you're still working your current full time job.
After all of this time and claiming the interview process is a 2 way street, they send an email rejecting you and specifically call out in the email that they don't provide feedback as to why you didn't get the job. It's truly disrespectful after the hours that went into it.
