Horrible and highly unprofessional interview with the Melbourne recruiters. The recruiter for Melbourne is incredible incompetent and inexperienced. I got through to the third stage of interviews. However, because I wasn't willing to take a pay cut for the role, I got ghosted (ignoring all emails and correspondence).

Overall process was nice - got a response nearly immediately after submitting my application. Had a call with the HR manager followed by 3 short interviews with potential direct managers & country manager. Everybody was professional, polite & nice. However, the overall pleasant experience was a bit ruined by the end - after the interviews I received an email stating that Airwallex would extend me offer and asking me for personal details to prepare that offer. After my response I never heard back from them
