Interview process was different from previously stated process...every applicant was able to do the HR one on one (actually 2 on 1) interview as well as the group interview. The process started at 8am (DON'T BE LATE) with a couple opening videos. We were all seated at different tables and after the videos one flight attendant and one HR rep came to each table and chatted with the applicants. Asking basic questions...what do you know about reserve, why Alaska Air, how will you prepare for the training...etc. After that, the FA's and HR reps left and all of the applicants just chatted amongst eachother. Then everyone had their interviews (either one on one or panel interview) which lasted basically the whole day. Make sure to smile, be yourself, be GENUIINE..Alaska is really looking for people that fit the 'Alaska Spirit'. I would recommend reading Kiki Ward's book, "How to Become a Flight Attendant." This had great practice questions and scenario questions as well that you should prepare for your panel interview! This book along with this website are what helped me get through the process. It was a long, stressful day but the employees at Alaska made the process as light and laid back as possible. (Except the end when they were weeding people out...everyone was sooon nervous). Just relax, be confident in yourself, and did I already say smile? haha.
