Heard back relatively quick after applying (I applied a few days before the posting closed & reached out to the hiring manager via LinkedIn - which def. helps get you noticed) Heard back from hiring manager within 24 hours saying he would keep an eye out for my application. Later that week had a 30 min phone interview with a recruiter. Conversation was great, questions were general "tell me about yourself", "what attracted you to this role", etc. At the end of the conversation the recruiter mentioned she was going to recommend me to go through to the next round of interviews & that I should hear back in a week or so to schedule (this was over a month ago). I sent a thank you e-mail after my call, a follow-up e-mail a week later & an additional follow up three weeks post-phone screen. Nothing. I was really excited (especially after talking with the recruiter) at the opportunity to move forward in the interview process & the job would have been a great fit. Bummer.
