I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview was held in a hotel conference room. Make sure to arrive early as one on one interviews are based on your arrival time. The Alaska employees were positive, enthusiastic and upbeat. There were about 40 applicants and we listened to a presentation on the company before breaking into small groups for activities led by an Alaska employee. Each group gave a presentation to the entire room for this activity. Group leaders are watching to see how you interact with your fellow applicants. After that there was a break, then applicants were called to one on one interviews.
Remember to dress professionally, keep your cell phone off and put away, and be on time (or early) when returning from a break. Be sure to socialize with your fellow applicants. A friend that interviewed with Alaska was in a group where an applicant's cell phone rang and that applicant was asked to leave the interview.

I have an interview next week 7/30/26, I was told to bring 2 extra copies of my resume , and to be prepared to spend 2-3 hours for orientation and then 1:1 interview.
Several typical questions, very easy. Lasted less than 30 mins. They were eager to hire, it looks like. Let me know about the result of the interview the same day.
