      Flight Attendant Interview

      Dec 19, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2017

      Interview

I submitted my application on 11/16, received a video interview request on 11/24, completed the interview on 12/7, received an update email(we are reviewing video interviews) 12/18, phone call for f2f interview later the same day 12/18. F2F scheduled end of January in Seattle so excited! Studied all the video interview questions on here and reviewed it over and over. Wrote down my answers and recorded me practicing them so it would sound like I was having a conversation with personality instead of just answering the question. Made sure to dress professional like a F/A would look, great Lighting and a clean professional background. You get 30 seconds to prepare and 2 mins to answer the question. Give personality, its very easy. The phone call was really relaxed the young lady was extremely nice. She explained the role of a F/A, the hours/reserve availability, the tattoo/piercing policy & what would happen in the f2f. All expenses are on you for the interview (flight & hotel). I will update after my f2f :)
