Online application in Nov 2017, couple weeks later video interview, Group interview in Feb 2018. Group interview was 2 parts, one on one interview, and a group activity with a few games & role playing about customer service situations. That is were I messed up. We were given pieces of paper with a scenario on it and told not too look at it. Nerves got the best of me and I looked at it before hand. My advice - listen, and don't let nerves get to you. Be yourself & enjoy the moment.

Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
