Applied online through my University's career portal, offered a phone interview 3-4 weeks after applying, offered an on-site interview a day after the phone interview, heard back within a week of the on-site interview. Amazing, prompt communication and the whole process was low stress. Interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable, and on-site interview was very conversational.
