I was interviewed by the team rather promptly, however I emailed the Recruiting team on multiple occasions to ask about the status of my application for the roles I applied and interviewed for. I received no responses or feedback from the team whatsoever. A few months later, I did receive a standard decline email mentioning that the roles were closed. Since I did not hear anything from the team, I did accept another job offer. It's disappointing that I did not have the best experience, especially since I was referred by a close friend to apply at Alaska Airlines. Communication needs to be much faster and more transparent, especially since it's a candidate-driven market.
