One independent phone interview with a recruiter from an independent talent acquisition firm, then two in-person interviews on-site at corporate office. I met with an Alaska Airlines recruiter there, two members of the team, and the hiring manager. Asked mostly behavioral questions, and went over my resume. I was then extended an offer by the recruiter two weeks later when they had finished the interview process, which I accepted, and then had to complete a drug test, as mandated for all employees of the Alaska Air Group. Really enjoyed the people I interviewed with, and loved my team.
