4. @Hiring Event, now "THAT'S" the big deal:
First company presentation with recruiters and inflight
Then Group introduction activity
Then One on One interviews, there are Two of them, but unfortunately I got a TBNT right on the spot after first one on one interview which was Very odd; usually TBNT's do Not tell you on site!
In MY opinion, the hiring event invitation is NOT worth it because one, they do NOT pay for your flight vouchers and hotel, you still have Many layers of interviews before a CJO And YES, a large portion of candidates on site Do get TBNT's.

Interview
Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
