I applied online. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The entire process took about a month. Put in application received email about two weeks later requesting information and to set up a time for a phone interview.
Phone interview took about 15 minutes it was very pleasant the recruiters were quite nice and made you feel at ease. Just asking basic questions like if you've been in customer service how did you go above and beyond etc. then set up time for the face-to-face interview which was just a week later
The interview process was long but quite enjoyable I only made it to the second round but I will be going again after my six month period is up. Now I. No more of what to expect and will be a little more prepared

The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
