      Applied Online Phone interview a week later Phone interview was about 15 mins. The recruiter was very nice and made the interview feel comfortable. I was invited to a group interview. The group interview was scheduled 3 weeks away. I did not attend ended up accepting another position.

      I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .
