I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines (Tacoma, WA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Ridiculously easy interview. I applied online a couple days ago, and they emailed me after I took the assessment stating I could choose a phone interview time. The phone interview lasted 20 minutes and the recruiter was pleasant to speak with. She dove straight in with the typical questions, and I asked questions that I had. She talked about the 6 week in person training as well as the drug screening and overtime (expected to work 45-46 hours per week) as well as union information. I was informed that I need to obtain a landline for this role, but they will provide a computer and equipment. I was hired on the spot.
