Second a phone and then a in person interview with the manager from Seattle and the manager from JFK lounge.

They don’t tell you the job is to work in the kitchen and doing dishes tho.
It’s not a concierge job at all. It’s a full Kitchen / cleaning job. The whole day is about cleaning dishes/floor and preparing/replacing food.
10h shift on your feet and only 30min lunch break.
