I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alchemer (Boulder, CO) in Aug 2016
Interview
2 interviews.
First interview was split between the HR manager and the manager of the Customer Support Department (where I was ultimately applying to) I was applying to. Overall, very nice but definitely asked some tough (but not overwhelming) questions. They may or may not have given me a little project to complete in my own time as well ;D. Do your best on whatever assignment they give you, they ultimately want to see that you have an understanding of how the software works and what kind of research you did depending on what you include in your project. Exhibiting some technical skills will definitely not hurt.
The second time around, I was interviewed by the Director of Operations and the Support Team Supervisor where I was asked follow up questions about the project I was assigned and more about my past experience. Also very nice yet challenging questions.
