      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alchemer (Boulder, CO) in Jul 2012

      Interview

First interview was done over the phone. Followed up with a group interview, an interview with the CEO and a final interview with HR. Everyone was friendly. During my interview, the organization had just gone through a change.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alchemer (Boulder, CO) in Aug 2016

      Interview

2 interviews. First interview was split between the HR manager and the manager of the Customer Support Department (where I was ultimately applying to) I was applying to. Overall, very nice but definitely asked some tough (but not overwhelming) questions. They may or may not have given me a little project to complete in my own time as well ;D. Do your best on whatever assignment they give you, they ultimately want to see that you have an understanding of how the software works and what kind of research you did depending on what you include in your project. Exhibiting some technical skills will definitely not hurt. The second time around, I was interviewed by the Director of Operations and the Support Team Supervisor where I was asked follow up questions about the project I was assigned and more about my past experience. Also very nice yet challenging questions.

When presented with a challenging situation, how do you go about handling it?

      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alchemer (Boulder, CO) in Jun 2012

      Interview

A few phone interviews, one-on-one interview, and group interview (with people that already work there, not competing against other applicants). Also have to build a survey to show basic knowledge of the product/ computer literacy/ creativity.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Make your survey awesome! Be creative, use lots of fancy stuf. Also, proofreading/spell check is important!
