Started with a phone interview with someone in HR, then was invited back twice to meet with nine different people over the span of 2 plus months. The questions were mostly background/personality based, but occasionally would be asked about how the market was doing and recommendations I would make to clients. Each interview lasted about half an hour so it's definitely a marathon.
