Interview
Started with a phone interview with someone in HR, then was invited back twice to meet with nine different people over the span of 2 plus months. The questions were mostly background/personality based, but occasionally would be asked about how the market was doing and recommendations I would make to clients. Each interview lasted about half an hour so it's definitely a marathon.

Mostly behavioral. Why alliance Bernstein. What drives you? You should also have a Basic understanding of asset management industry. They gave a phone interview and then a zoom superday with about 5 other interviews
