The first interview was automated where you record your responses. Then a few video interviews with people. Total of three in-person interviews with five people overall. But the process took many months and I was in the dark for most of it. Suddenly I'd get a call asking if I was available the next day for an interview, despite long stretches of radio silence. I emailed a few times for updates and just received form responses and often no response. It was really strange to have it go on for many months and get no updates or info. Finally in the end I got a form email rejection. I asked for feedback, e.g. whether I could improve on anything next time and got no response. All and all, the people who interviewed me were professional and nice - but the process lasted for way too long, and I was not updated in any meaningful or personalized way despite my many attempts to find out what was happening,
