Started with what is a pre-screening interview where you record answers to behavioral type of questions. Next interview was with team, then director, then other team members.
The team members had assigned questions to ask (behavioral) but there was still an opportunity for the team members to ask their own questions (more to your actual skills/experience). Interviewers were great, but communication afterwards was abysmal.
Recruiters might have been outsourced and there was little or no continuity to which recruiter was handling your candidacy. I suspect I received a response from a recruiter only because I gave up and reached out to a team member.
