The interview process was lengthy and there were multiple interviews via zoom. Not a lot of insight on the job position and base salary pay lower the other agencies even if your already licensed to produce insurance
Spoke to recruiter who set me up with an interview with a hiring manager. Interview went well. Yet did not hear back in time advised, 3-4 business days. Reached out to recruiter 2 weeks later via email who replied back with a rejection to role. Not a good experience.
