Interview
After I filled out the application, I received a call to come in and interview. I showed up and signed in. The room was full of people at varying stages of the hiring process. I waited for awhile and had my first interview. It was a pretty standard interview. We went over my previous work history and I was asked a few questions and graded accordingly. From there, I was told that I would move on to the second interview. This one was with a different person, but the format was the same. From there, I was offered the job and moved on to the computers to complete the onboarding process. Once I finished there, I signed paperwork to authorize a background test, given directions for my drug test and told what I needed to turn in to them. The background check took about a week to clear and then I was placed in the next training class.
