Applied online got a call back the same day, set up a appointment the next following day i came in & they verify you can do whatever shift that is open that they need people in, did a three part test kinda long. Then once you pass which most people should, you'll get a 1 on 1 interview, she ask you about experiance & if you know what Alrorica does and what past jobs you did and if they like you they coach you on what to do for the second interview, so i waited about 20 minutes because they're alot of people their applying and i did my second interview and was asked the same questions and i passed that and was offered the job on the spot, filled out paper work and went on the computer to finish and finalize paper wok, got the pee test instructions and 2 forms of ID and was on my way
