I applied on online and got an email the following day to schedule an interview. The interview process was pretty easy. First you had to do an assessment of about 30 questions. Then you had to listen to current employees calls and rate each call. Afterwards I waited 30 minutes for my first interview which was done by the HR personnel. My second interview was done by the hiring manager. It was a group interview and we were ask the same questions. I also had to do a grammar assessment. Then about 15 minutes later I was offer a job. I did the drug test the same day. The whole process was about three hours but the good thing I walked out getting the job.
