Interview
Apply online. You'll get an email telling you to come in to the HR building between the hours of 9am-2pm. You get there and sign in. They ask you if your totally available for the next 3 months. If yes then they will send you to a room for the testing. It consists of call center scenarios like you listening to a call with a lot of background distractions and then followed by 1 or 2 questions about the call. There's also a typing test. Overall the test was pretty easy, but if you don't pass the typing test then they send you home. After you pass everything you get an interview. Typical interview questions. After that you go back to front desk and pick your schedule and also schedule your drug test. You'll usually start training that following Monday.
