It was a fast phone interview. The questions were ones to be expected where they will then ask to come in for a second interview and probably ask the more difficult stuff.

Very high level but very professional interview rounds. They mainly focus on communication skills and how well we tackle situations when customer is irated. Overall difficulty level was high. There were 4 rounds of interview i went through and I'm glad I am selected.

My experience was a facetime, where they ask very personal questions, too many silly questions that don’t even have nothing to do with the job. They make it very uncomfortable, even virtually.
