Interview
The job was posted online. They called to set up a phone interview. The interviewer was 15 minutes late calling. Questions were asked regarding previous employment and why I was relocating. I was called back for a face to face interview. 5 days before the interview, they called to reschedule the time. Once at the appointment, the recruiter spent a few minutes coaching me on what would happen during the interview. While speaking with the sales manager, I was asked to role play the part of a retention agent. I was told that I had supervisor potential, but I never heard back from the company.
