I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alorica (Topeka, KS)
Interview
Received call from HR asking me to interview for a position, for which they provided a vague title.
After several rounds of phone tag, I scheduled an interview.
30 minutes into the scheduled time, the interviewer had yet to show up. When they did arrive, they quoted the salary for the position as 20k less than my requirements provided during the application process.
I can now see why people in the area complain about the quality of Alorica employees. Anyone who goes through this much headache and still accepts the position, must be in dire circumstances and Alorica is their last resort before putting a bullet in their head.
