Applied online, called in for initial interview. The atmosphere seemed disorganized and frantic, and I was waiting for an hour before they called me in. The interviewer was warm and friendly and apologized for the delay (they were short staffed). He asked the usual questions (why Alorica, why I left my previous position, my ideas on customer service and such). When we finished the interview, I was scheduled for a follow-up with another member of the hiring team. Upon arriving for the second interview, again I was kept waiting (this time the weather was to blame), but the tone of the interviewer was different. She was unfriendly, didnt smile once, and rudely stopped the interview after two minutes because I "didnt meet the requirements". I'm still not sure what that meant or how she reached that conclusion, but I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in an interview situation. It was very off-putting and I will not be applying there again. With what I've gathered, and the pay rate offered, they need all the applicants they can get!
