I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Cubao) in Mar 2023
Interview
It's actually an easy process, got there 8am, and i was done at 8pm (though not fully done). Questions were easy, but not the initial and final interview since it is already related to the account. I passed the initial and failed the first final interview. I was supposed to do the final final interview there, but it was already 8pm and they were kind to offer the final final interview on call morning the next day. However, i did not receive any call or text stating if we would start already or if I fail, so I just assume that I failed since they did not contact me for the whole day and the following days. Same thing happened when I accept the training (paid) contract, i did not receive any email regarding the zoom link. So I was kinda frustrated.
