The interview process was very systematic and planned. The employees and HRs were very helpful they guided and advised me . Alorica gave me a wonderful interview experience with lot of learnings .

during the HR round a random topic will be given and you have to talk about it for ten minutes without any grammatical errors I was given a topic on " public transport".

very long and tedious. Shady company. Offer letter was not released before joining. No proof of salary structure until u get the letter. Waited for multiple rounds and probation period is 3 month with no leaves except the fixed 2 days per week. Some of my friends got rejected and many declined offer.
