Alorica Tech Support interview questions

Very brief, must have basic computer knowledge. like what is a hard drive, how to copy and paste, windows OS knowledge is a plus, also minor troubleshooting experience is good. The test did not last long it was multiple choice.

Very easy test to pass then the face to face interview. Everybody very nice. Just relax and have normal conversation. Don't put too much pressure on yourself. Make sure you understand the questions on the test. Don't rush through it.
