Office looks disorganized. People generally seemed friendly. Interviewer was hard to read and socially awkward. This could explain why the interview was very structured. It didn't feel conversational - which for this level of a position I feel it should be. Phone interview was 30 minutes long and I didn't have the opportunity to ask any questions because we were out of time. The in-person interview was 1 hour long - he asked questions for 50 minutes of the interview and only left me 10 minutes to ask questions. For a role that doesn't have a job description I think it wasn't a fair interview.
