Alphatec Spine Biomedical Test Engineer interview questions

The interview process consisted of a phone screening HR. Then a virtual interview with the hiring manager. In which I had to lead the interview questions which was weird. Then another virtual interview with the team lead. Overall the interview was mostly talking about the stuff on my resume. After the third interview, I was completely ghosted for three weeks until I emailed them three times and was told they went with another candidate. Overall this company was not professional in letting candidates know they were not selected when you are three interviews deep in the process. I would consider looking at other companies to work at due to this reason.
