Interview
I was first interviewed on campus by two recruiters, and then extended an offer to travel to their plant at Kentucky and interview there. The plant interview consisted of several short interviews with different employees at the plant.
Straightforward behavioral interview. They mainly focused on previous project experiences, asking specifically about interactions with other team members to see how you deal in certain situations. There were no technical questions, besides elaboration on some of the more technical resume projects. The interviewers were friendly.

Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Altec Industries (Dixon, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I met the Altec guys at a booth in a career fair. They asked me a few questions when I first met them, and then invited me to a company dinner. At the company dinner there were around a dozen candidates and 6-8 current Altec managers. We had a very nice dinner, mingled and got to know some of these guys who would be interviewing us the next day.
The next day was interviews. They put all of us candidates in a conference room and called us out for interviews, round robin style. I interviewed with 5 or 6 managers. All of them were very nice, but their questions were a bit repetitive between the interviews.
After the interview day I didn't hear back for about a month. After a month I got an email saying that I would not receive an offer.
