      Pros

      • Supportive leadership • A pay increase every year so far (4 years running) • Great mental health and physical health benefits • Core values are listed and followed in my experience

      Cons

      • Accessibility for limited mobility at the older buildings is not great (but they are working on it) • Parking can be a pain at certain times • One way in and out of the campus can become congested at times

      Pros

      -great pay and benefits -company truck -selling a great product -lots of good people

      Cons

      -no set hours / often over 40 hour weeks -unpredictable travel schedule, awful for a young family, first 4 months I was in a hotel almost every week -scattered training plan, your not selling for a year -encouraged to drink with clients and stay out until ridiculous hours - HR rules not followed and encouraged not to go to HR -managers that don’t want to be managers -no performance reviews -fired on the spot with no warning or indication, had to fight for severance -a company that preaches family but could care less about life style balance -gossip culture -your doing way too much for an account manager
