-no set hours / often over 40 hour weeks -unpredictable travel schedule, awful for a young family, first 4 months I was in a hotel almost every week -scattered training plan, your not selling for a year -encouraged to drink with clients and stay out until ridiculous hours - HR rules not followed and encouraged not to go to HR -managers that don’t want to be managers -no performance reviews -fired on the spot with no warning or indication, had to fight for severance -a company that preaches family but could care less about life style balance -gossip culture -your doing way too much for an account manager
