I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Altec Industries (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call within a week for a telephone interview the following week. The over the phone interview was a panel of leadership asking questions on experience and how you deal with situations. The panel recommended an on site interview and that happened a month later.
The on-site interview was a panel of operation supervisors and the GM of the plant. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and then I received a tour from the plant manager. I was told that I would be hearing from them in a week.
I haven’t received an offer yet, so below I’ll check No Offer. If I can edit it later on, I will.
Phone interview should have lasted 20 minutes or so, but I kept being disconnected from the call. Fairly basic questions when we were able to talk. After the fourth attempt I think we both just gave up.
