The process took 2 weeks. The first week, the hiring manager called me in for a one on one interview. I did well, so HR called me in for another interview the following week. This following interview consisted of 3 separate one on one interviews. First was with the Plant Manager, second was with the Materials Purchasing Manager, and the third was with the Quality Engineer that I would be working with.
