Interview
It was pretty simple and low stress. I met with different people from each of the three departments and each person asked me a few questions. There was only one round after the phone screening.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Altec Industries (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Oct 2022
Interview
Met at career fair, got in contact with a recruiter and had a 3 minute phone call then email correspondence to work out an interview time. It was a 2 hr interview broken up into 4 30 min interviews with different employees. They were all super nice and left me time for questions. One of the interviews got a little technical but other than that it was pretty behavioral and them getting to know me.

Question 1
There were a lot of questions about things on my resume and asking me how past experiences will translate into the workforce.
Quick and great interview process. The HR people in charge of the first round of interviews were great and courteous. I felt like they tried to find a place that you would fit well and tried to give a good overview of what the company is and does. Really felt like it was a smaller company really focused on finding employees that care about what they do and want to integrate well with a company.
