Once the recruiter called and chatted, she sent over a few questions and an online assessment. The assessment involved tasks that you would do on the job and it was followed by behavior and work style questions where they asked about if you care about coworker feelings and needs or if you prioritize meeting deadlines or not.

Recruiter reached out to me and I sent out my availability, after that I was waiting for more than a month to get my interview scheduled. I was constantly reaching out but with no luck. After a month I managed to get a hold of assistant of the recruiter and then my interview was scheduled. During my interview I felt that they already found a person and were not so interested.
