The job role of a technical support engineer is to maintain and monitor the computers and the networks of an organization or provide online support for the organization's clients. A technical support engineer is responsible for doing the following tasks: Install and configure the OS, hardware, software, and other online applications. Maintain and monitor computers and networks. Log in to customer's and employee's queries. Analyze and discover underlying issues. Find and resolve the issues related to both hardware and software. Testing new technologies and evaluate them. Perform safety checks, etc.

The hiring process includes four stages: application, online assessment, interview, and a final decision based on interview performance. While the process is not especially difficult, success depends on strong critical thinking, effective problem-solving, and the confidence to seek help or clarification whenever necessary.
It was a long process. Total 4 rounds was there on a single day. Operating system, computer network, managerial round and technical round. One must pass the first round to get the call for the second one.
The interview process was online through different mediums. It was easy to follow through, however the standard of interview was maintained throughout despite it being an online process. The interviewers were quite professional, they were thorough without being rude
