The interview/hiring process went pretty smoothly, but that is where it ends. Throughout my time there, training was minimal and expectations were not clear. I was supporting 2 depts, and instead of teams being collaborative, it felt more like a struggle. Team success requires clear 360 communication. Unfortunately, it is nom-existent.
