Phone interview was the first step to the process after applying online. If you pass you are invited to an in person interview. Group Interview at tables with a brief overview of the history of how AA came to be. Then if selected you were moved foward with a one to one interview with a hiring manager. If hired, you are fingerprinted and have 24 hours to complete the drug screening test. Training is then scheduled by phone call. You have to wait months to hear from them. If you miss a phone call, and the class fills up, you have to wait for the next class to begin.
